Update: Sharemouse did not even bother reading my review. I only used it so long because it is so damn expensive, and I wanted to get something out of it, but I should have dumped it a long time ago.

Which is a weird response, who would do that? Why not give a proper trial (more than one hour), or support, or maybe provide refunds when a customer is not able to use it properly and you cannot fix it. Problem: While in vm modifier keys (CTL, ALT, SHIFT) have no effect. Keyboard/mouse on real Windows 7 system is being used to control Yosemite system. Windows 7 (or Windows 8) vm hosted on Parallels on Yosemite system. Choose the users who can share your screen. Screen Sharing and Remote Management do not work well together. If Remote Management is ticked off, uncheck it. They told me you should have restarted the trial a bunch of times to properly test it. Sharemouse client is installed on real Windows 7 system and real Yosemite system. To set up Mac Screen Sharing correctly, follow the instructions below: On your Mac, click the Apple menu, then select System Preferences. They were very unprofessional, and I would not be surprised if they responded the same way below. I was met with no refunds "you should have read the fine print".

When I went to the company to complain of such issues, instead of, oh I don't know, solutions or helping me fix my issue. I was upset and emailed the company asking for a refund.
#Sharemouse keyboard not working software
I noticed these issues the first day I got to the software past the one hour trial. This is not to mention all the times it locked up my mouse when I started up a game and I had to hard shut off the pc to restore it. It kind of ruins the point of using the software. I have to end the task for all three processes despite that at least 3-5 times a day. The solution I found was to use a software that never allows your pc to lock out or sleep. Another issue If you use your laptop at work or in an environment where it needs to be put on auto lock out. It did not break every time, but at least half the time I used a VPN. One of the biggest problems is the software stops working every time your pc goes to sleep mode and log back in. I constantly have to end the software via task manager and re-open to get it to work properly. There is a reason why they give you a short trial, so you don't see how buggy it is. I used this software for a year and hated it.
